A business unit of a pharmaceutical company was transforming its business to build broader and deeper relationships with large healthcare institutions facing increasingly complex challenges. The company was in the middle of their transformation planning and need to not only communicate the plan but a way of truly engaging and inspiring the leadership team to embrace and execute the growth strategy.
After leading an industry segmentation effort which surfaced key focus areas for the client, hallemavanloon worked closely with 30 people to craft a ‘plan-to-win’ which decisively articulated what the organization would focus on to drive growth. We then designed and orchestrated 2 times a 2-day summit for the entire leadership team to get immersed in the strategy and begin laying plans for effective execution. This growth summit included everything from architecting the agenda, designing, and overseeing the venue for immerse leaders in the focus areas and new value propositions, securing high profile speakers, developing learning exercises, event branding, and creating an end-of-show video to be shared with the broader organization.
The leadership team has fully adopted the strategy and is implementing it throughout the organization.
